For single director / PSC private companies the process can take minutes.
If your company has multiple directors and/or PSCs the application process will take longer as the applicant will need to tell us the legal name and contact details of these other persons, and each connected person will need to complete Know Your Customer checks as well as the applicant. It is still possible for the whole process to take minutes, but all information would need to be ready in advance and everyone responsive to their emails.
