Very simple.
Open up the settings screen for any money pool or piggy bank. Hit the 'Apply Time-Lock Protection' button (towards the bottom of the screen), then on the next screen turn the 'Apply Time-Lock Protection' toggle to the 'off' position.
Note, it takes 7-days for the change to take effect. If you instruct a withdrawal during this period the withdrawal will be subject to a 7-day delay from the day you instructed it.
