Yes. Your money is safely held in a bank account in your name at Griffin Bank Ltd, in FSCS protected accounts.
In addition, we only allow transfers into, or out of, your Marygold accounts to a specified external current account (your Primary Account), partly to give you greater confidence that when using Marygold you can only ever transfer money between accounts in your name. Also, using the Marygold app requires authentication (via PIN or biometrics) in order to work.
Lastly, if you choose to, you can layer additional security features in top of your saving with Marygold such as Time-lock and more.
All this is designed to give our customers increased peace of mind.
