If you need to change your Primary Account this can be done via the Profile section from the Home Screen (the button in the top-right corner of the Home Screen).
After opening your Profile settings, scroll down to 'Marygold Accounts'. Next select the Marygold Account impacted (if you have more than one Marygold account, for example a personal and business account, then these will show here).
At the top of the next screen your Primary Account will be shown. Click this button.
You will now be presented with a screen which allows you to select any other external accounts that you have previously linked (e.g. to enable smart nudges and/or me2me transfers between non-Marygold accounts). If you want to use a brand new (or previously not-yet-linked) external current account then you'll need to click 'add new' and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note, your Primary Account must be a bank current account held in your business name. If the name of your nominated current account does not match your Marygold account name then the request will be rejected.
