There should only be two reasons why you may not be receiving 'push' notifications:
- You have turned of push notifications for certain messages from within the Marygold App
- You have denied permission for the Marygold app to send any notifications
The easiest way to check your notification preferences within the Marygold app is to open the Profile Settings screen in the app, then navigate to 'Notifications'.
If you think these are correct then it is best to check your phone operating system to see if the Marygold app itself, has access to send you notifications.
For iOS:
- Open 'Settings App'
- Scroll down and select the 'Marygold' app
- Check that notifications are enabled
For Android:
- Open Settings
- Open 'Notifications & Status'
- Select the Marygold app
- Check that notifications are enabled
